Oh this glorious messy time of the month were girl's start becoming emotional drama queens and eat everything in there way. But dealing with us isn't that bad but if you think it is that bad then let me tell you these easy steps
1. Be prepared for the verbal abuse you may have coming at you and learn how to ignore it or learn the feeling of a baseball bat against your head
2. This one is for friends and parents snacks keep snacks on you for when they get hungry and if you try to be stingy and don't share then you should be prepared for a wrestling match over pretzels
3. keep at least one sweater on you at all times because I guarantee that and accident may happen because truthfully nobody knows what time of the day they get theirs
4. Don't be scared if your friend has an emotional break down out of nowhere it's a proven fact that pms'ing is a real thing what I would do is let her cry it out because maybe she doesn't even know why she's crying
5. Last but not least SHE IS NOT AN ALIEN she is the same as she was yesterday maybe just hungry and more emotional, also she may not face any emotional feelings at all she could be just as the same as she was the day before
